Realme U1 Indonesia Price, Specs, Release Date, Features
OPPO sub-brand Realme has just launched a new entry-level Android smartphone in Indonesia.
Realme U1 has a price tag and set of features that will definitely prove attractive to young and upbeat Indonesians who are on the look out for an affordable and feature-packed Android smartphone to welcome the new year.
Realme U1 will be available in two variants.
The more affordable version, which comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, has an official suggested retail price of Rp 2,499,000 Indonesian Rupiahs or around $170 USD.
On the other, the more powerful model with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM dons a price tag Rp 2,499,000 Indonesian Rupiahs or roughly $200 USD.
These are actually very aggressive prices considering everything that Realme U1 has to offer.
Flaunting an eye-catching and gorgeous glass-metal-glass look (although the back panel is made of transparent acrylic), Realme U1 sports a 19.5:9 6.3-inch FullHD+ LTPS display with Waterdrop Notch and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 13MP + 2MP Dual Rear Camera set-up that supports Portrait Bokeh Effect, a 25 MegaPixel AI Selfie front-facing camera, and a 3,500 mAh Li-Ion battery pack.
Inside its shell, this device runs its ColorOS 5.2 skinned Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with a 12 nm Octa Core Mediatek Helio P70 that's both powerful enough to run resource-intensive 3D games and very energy-efficient, contributing to the handset's extended uptime.
